An Australian man who changed his life and shed 50kg by eating a potato-only diet has now turned the bizarre weight-loss method into a thriving business.

When Andrew Taylor started his weight loss journey at the beginning of 2016 he tipped the scales at 151.7kg.

During this time he was anxious, clinically depressed and addicted to food. 

Instead of following a prescribed diet and fitness plan to lose weight, Mr Taylor took radical action and eliminated everything except potato.
