Two men have been shot by masked gunmen in a 'brazen attack' in Liverpool.
One victim, aged 31, was shot in the head and another, aged 30, suffered chest injuries - and both men were both rushed to hospital in 'serious' condition.
Emergency services were called at around 7.15pm to reports two men had been shot in the Wapshare Road, Norris Green area by two male offenders wearing dark clothing and facial coverings, officers said.
Merseyside Police are appealing for information following the shooting.

A statement said: 'At this early stage of the investigation, the full circumstances of the incident are unclear and the motive is unknown but it is believed to have been a targeted attack.
