The vigilante calling herself 'Cop Kong' said she was harassed by the alleged sex pest several times along the foreshore in Applecross, Perth. When other women told her they were too terrified to go back to the park after their own encounters with the man, she decided drastic measures were necessary. On Thursday, she finally spotted the man allegedly riding around with his shots pulled up so high his genitals spilled out of the bottom. She took chase on her own bike while on the phone to local police until they could intercept him. The 47-year-old man was on Saturday charged with four counts of committing indecent acts in public dating back to May 2018. Police said they received valuable information from the public, which reportedly included photos from multiple witnesses.
