Former golden couple Emily Seebohm and Mitch Larkin have put the first of three properties on their portfolio up for sale following their bitter split.

The Australian swimmers, who parted ways in July last year amid a media frenzy, have put a modest three-bedroom brick home,in the Brisbane suburb of Hendra, back on the market.

The pair own a total of three homes in the outer Brisbane area, with only one being jointly owned and the other two being in Larkin's and Seebohm's names separately.

The first property up for sale was purchased by 26-year-old Seebohm almost seven-years ago for around half a million dollars, and she has since rented the residence out for just $620 a week.
