The unnamed men use yellow pipes to get to a ladder halfway up the house - which leads to a rooftop in Moscow. They planned to clear a build up of snow and ice on January 29 but their ascent was stopped when the flimsy metal ladder breaks away from its brackets. The two repair workers are all smiles before they are sent sprawling when their ladder breaks and they fall two floors off the side of a building The first climbs on to the flimsy ladder that leads to the roof as they look to clear away a build up of snow and ice in wintry Moscow The first serviceman gets on the ladder on his own and steadily begins to climb. But before he reaches the top, a second worker jumps on with his shovel dangling loosely below. The added weight appears to cause the brackets of the ladder to snap off the wall, sending the two workers spiraling to the ground. The first man hits the snowy blanket below face first after falling from the greater height. They hit the ground with a thud despite the cushion of the snow. A third worker narrowly avoids the falling men and they all let out groans as their colleagues come to help them He lands flat on his stomach and face and the impact causes him to roll on to his back. But the second man - who fell from two rungs lower - catches his leg on a ledge and dramatically flips over in mid-air, causing an awkward landing. The rotation meant he fell on his neck and his legs continued the somersault and smash into the snow just after. A third worker, who was on the ground with his hood up, narrowly avoided getting hit by the falling men and dived on to a heap of snow out of the way. Painful groans can be heard form the workers as they lie lifelessly on the ground. Evgeniy Mohorkin, who watched it unfold and posted the video to YouTube, said: 'Fortunately they only suffered minor bruises.' He added: 'It’s an old ladder but I think it would have been fine if only one of the workers was on it at one time.'
