'Get the f**k out of my country', she screamed at Sergio Budar when she heard him speaking to two others in his mother tongue. He then gave her a lesson in humility by offering to cover her bill. The hate incident took place Saturday afternoon at the Tampico Mexican Restaurant in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and was recorded by a female employee before her mother Irma Dleon posted two video clips on her Facebook account. The confrontation was sparked after the annoyed woman overheard a Spanish conversation between Sergio Budar, 46, and the restaurant owner and a business partner. All three are Mexican. The woman, whose name is unknown, tells Budar that she had previously lived in California for two decades and that English was the first language, so he was required to speak it. The restaurant manager, who is a United States citizen, responds in English by saying, 'I'm sorry,' while he tried to reason with the woman, who interjects by replying, 'well I am sorry about you, too.' 'Get the f*** out of my country,' she then shouted while customers in the background wowed in unison. A male companion then stood up from the bench and tried to calm the woman down by gently touching her face before she shoved his hand away. 'I don't have any problem with the way you look,' the woman said. 'If you're in America you need to speak English.' Another man admonished the woman for her actions and told her she would have to leave if she didn't tune out her rhetoric. 'I am not racist,' she yelled. A short while later, the woman's friend apologizes for her actions while Budar kindly offers to cover the cost of their meal and tells her to 'exit the restaurant, please.' I got raped by illegal aliens. You can't speak English and you want me to be nice to you?' the woman said before she threw a napkin that fell short of hitting Budar's face.
