British citizens who helped the Nazis are receiving pension payments from the German government for helping Hitler's forces during World War II, according to a group of Belgian MPs.

Olivier Maingain, Stephane Crusniere, Veronique Caprasse and Daniel Senesael told the Belgian parliament that British and Belgian citizens are among those believed to be receiving around £378.26 to £1,108.70 per month, according to RTBF.

National authorities are unaware of the identities of those receiving payments, and only the German ambassadors in each country know who they are, meaning the payments are tax free.
