In the footage Franci Neely, who is the ex-wife of the Houston Astros owner Jim Crane, can be seen approaching the family before taking a swipe at their phone and balloons. She is filmed twice lashing out during the argument in Houston, Texas. Isaiah and Kelyn Allen now say they have filed a police report after posting the footage on Facebook in which their young daughter Anja can be heard crying. Retired lawyer Neely can be seen after stopping her car and getting out barefoot. The clip then shows her arguing with Isaiah and Kelyn, who can be heard shouting: 'Shame on you.' The socialite begins to walk away before turning back to continue the dispute in a row over her unleashed dog. After calling Kelyn 'crazy' Franci hits out at the camera held by Isaiah. As the argument continues Neely picks up her dog before lashing out again. She then begins to remove their items from the pathway before driving away in her sports car. Neely is filmed twice lashing out during the argument in Texas Isaiah and Kelyn Allen pictured with their one-year-old daughter Anja The clip shows a barefoot Neely confronting the family before picking up their belongings Kelyn said: 'About 35 minutes into our 1hr shoot we heard a voice shouting in our direction - and when we turned to look it was this woman rolling up in her car, shouting through her window: “You are trampling the grass that WE pay for”.' Isaiah told Click2Houston: 'These were our first professional shots we have taken of the baby since she’s been born. It was something that was supposed to be very special for us, and I hate the fact that, when I look at these pictures, this is what I have to remember. 'She’s yelling things like, “You’re trampling the grass, that we pay for, you need to leave,’ even though we were on the walkway talking the picture. 'She said, ‘You’re on private property. You need to get your stuff out now.' (She was) very aggressive, in our face. It was escalating to the point where my wife suggested I start recording.' Neely, who reportedly got $30 million in her 2015 divorce, has now been forced to apologize, telling KTRK: 'The high volume of commercial photography damages the property that Broadacres HOA pays to maintain and interferes with dog walkers and others who merely want to walk under the pretty trees. We asked the commercial photographers to please stop. 'I am very sorry that I got upset on late Saturday afternoon. Putting it in context, however: I saw three commercial photography shoots in one block at the same time, something that happens frequently.' Little Anja can be heard crying in the clip filmed by her dad. She was pictured posing with balloons and a blanket to celebrate her first birthday It is not the first time Neely has been involved in such an incident as further footage emerged Neely reportedly got $30 million in her 2015 divorce from Houston Astros owner Jim Crane She added: 'When I explained the situation to the first and third groups, they were respectful. The couple whose photo shoot obstructed the walkway was not. 'It's hard to remain composed when confronted by shouted threats of lawsuits and false, inflammatory accusations.' But it appears it is not the first time Neely has been involved in such an incident. Further footage has now emerged showing her confronting another family's photoshoot. The city of Houston told KTRK the land in question is in the public right-of-way.
