The death of a 75-year-old grandmother while she was a patient at a hospital stroke unit is being treated as murder, say police.
Valerie Kneale died at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on November 16 last year and had what police called a suspicious 'unexplained injury'.
Two women and one man were previously arrested on suspicion of poisoning patients after Lancashire Police were informed in November by hospital bosses of allegations of mistreatment and neglect on the unit.
