South Carolina man returns home to find a strange woman and her two kids ransacking his house, wearing his wife's clothes and eating their food Kent Foster of Union, South Carolina, was shocked to find intruders in his home on Wednesday Savannah Rhinehart and her two children and ransacked the home  When Foster came home, Rhinehart opened the door and said 'Can I help you?' She's been charged with child neglect, burglary and petit larceny Rhinehart failed to explain to cops just how she and her kids entered the home  Cops took her to the hospital to check on her odd behavior   Foster said the home was in a state of disarray and dog urine was found on floor

A South Carolina  man was stunned to return to his home one day and find strangers inside wearing his family's clothes and eating their food, cops say. 

Homeowner Kent Foster returned to his Union home after work on Wednesday but when he opened his door he found a woman standing inside asking 'Can I help you?'

Savannah Rhinehart and her two children had entered and ransacked the home while Foster was out and acted like it was theirs when he confronted them. 

Rhinehart's been charged with child neglect, burglary and petit larceny for the bizarre intrusion.
