A Mexican mayor is determined to stand his ground after a five-figure bounty was placed on his head.
Facebook user 'Mago Martínez' recently issued a death threat against Felipe Patjane, the mayor of Tehuacán, Puebla.
The Spanish social media post, which also included a picture of mayor Patjane, read: '200,000 pesos for the head of this dirty rat.'
The amount offered for the mayor's murder is the equivalent of almost $10,400 USD.
