Former Queensland union boss David Hanna has been jailed for at least three years for breaking down the door to a drunk woman's home and raping three times while photographing the encounter.
The ex-CFMEU state president was found guilty on Friday of raping the younger woman three times when she was too drunk to give consent in March 2017.
Hanna met the woman at a Fortitude Valley bar and then went home with her in a taxi after she had been kicked out of the venue for intoxication.
