This is the awful moment a railway worker appears to throw dirty water on a homeless man.

A man wearing a Southern Rail jumper, can be seen appearing to tipping a bucket of water on the individual laying on the floor sitting outside Sutton station.

The water, which comes from a mop bucket, covers the man and his belongings in dirty water - while another worker wearing an orange hi-viz vest stands close-by.
