Ning Wang from Clayton South in Melbourne's eastern suburbs was arrested after police found the body of his sister, Qin Wang, 57, at a house in Anthony Court, Burwood East, about 9.40am on Wednesday. Police were alerted after neighbours heard ear-piercing screams coming from the home. 'My sister, help us, my sister', a woman was heard wailing, 7 News reports. The Burwood East property on Anthony Court where the body of Qin Wang, 57, was found after she had been allegedly murdered by brother Ning Wang, 68, on Wednesday morning It is alleged Ning Wang attacked his other sister in a fit of rage before her son intervened, potentially preventing another death. The motive is not yet known although it is believed the family were fighting over money. It's believed his sister Qin was staying with Wang while visiting from China. Wang smiled as he was brought into Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Thursday for a brief administrative hearing. Wang was arrested and a crime scene has since been set up at both his Clayton property and his sibling's Burwood East home Shocked neighbours spoke of how Wang appeared depressed in recent weeks and was reportedly upset at his family over them selling family investments. Neighbour Allan Abeyratne said Wang was 'a bit of a loner', but added that he was a 'top bloke' and 'very nice', the Herald Sun reports. CCTV footage, a DNA analysis and a DNA report will be used as evidence. Wang was kept in custody and will appear in court again on June 20.
