This is the shocking moment a teenage thug boasts on video of murdering a grandfather in a park while covered in his victim's blood - just two hours after committing the heinous act.

Leary Dalton-Byrne, 18, was today jailed for 17 years after knifing Dean Ward, 45, ten times with a carving knife in Finchley Park, Birmingham on June 20 last year.

As police also today released jaw-dropping footage of the moment Dalton-Byrne boasts to a friend 'I have just done an M bro' in the aftermath of the attack.

Dalton-Byrne had asked Mr Ward for a cigarette and when he said he didn't have one, the teen started to stab him in the arms and legs.

The victim fell to the floor and the teenager continued the attack before he was dragged away by his pal during the morning incident.

Mr Ward's friend stopped a passing cyclist who called an ambulance but he died a week later from 'catastrophic' blood loss.

He boasted: 'I have just done an M bro' and gave details of stabbing Mr Ward in the leg and shoulder.
