A relieved landlord has spoken out after finally securing an order through the courts to evict a mother-of-five branded 'the tenant from hell.'
Phil Withnall, landlord of the property, and other residents in a Bransholme, Kingston upon Hull cul-de-sac revealed how they were desperate to see the back of Katie Bentley who at one point kept a horse in her back garden.
Her landlord accused her of causing £20,000 worth of damage to the property, not paying rent for three months and allowing the house he owns to be infiltrated by squatters.
Neighbours were similarly disgruntled by Ms Bentley's behaviour with the under-fire tenant described as a 'nightmare' who residents say terrorised the neighbourhood.

Ms Bentley claimed she was being beaten in her home by 'smackheads' who broke into the property in October 2018.
She says her baby's toys were stolen and admitted she was determined to find somewhere safe to live.
A possession order has been granted by the court which states that she must have had left the property on or before February 27, 2019. The building now has smashed windows and doors and appears empty.
