In the former Boston Celtics power forward's divorce his estranged wife Brandi Padilla is seeking $146,000 per month in spousal support plus $46,000 a month in child support for their two daughters 10-year-old Kapri and five-year-old Kavalli. Brandi's divorce requests add up to more than a dizzying $2.3million per year. She filed for divorce from the basketball star in July after 14 years of marriage. Brandi Padilla, the estranged wife of NBA star Kevin Garnett, is demanding $190,000 a month in spousal and child support in their divorce, giving her more than $2.3million a year She's also asking for physical custody of their two girls 10-year-old Kapri and five-year-old Kavalli, giving Garnett visitation rights But Brandi claims that the sum is fair as she has the girls 95 per cent of the time and she's also after physical custody of both kids with Garnett getting visitation, according to new legal documents as per TMZ. She adds that Garnett is still raking in at least $5million a year and earned more than $300million in his NBA career. She also is demanding $300,000 in attorney fees to cover the cost of the divorce proceedings so far and estimated future costs. Furthermore, she's asking for an additional $25,000 to retain counsel in another case where Garnett was allegedly cheated out of $77million allegedly at the hands of his former accountant who stole his fortune over the years. He alleges that the accountant and his firm helped a wealth manager steal $77million from his NBA wealth. In Garnett's filed response to her original divorce filing last month he asked for joint legal and physical custody of the kids. He also asked the court to terminate spousal support for Brandi, citing a prenup they signed a month before they tied the knot, according to the Blast. Brandi filed for divorce from Garnett in the summer citing irreconcilable differences. The two dated for a long time before marrying in July 2004 in a private California ceremony. Garnett played for the Boston Celtics and the Minnesota Timberwolves before retiring in 2016.
