Woman claiming to be social worker launches into bizarre rant on Toronto subway

A bizarre rant from a woman who claimed to be a social worker has been caught on video on the Toronto subway.

The confrontation occurred last Monday after a woman berated a man for bringing a cart laden with shopping bags on the train, and then turned her fury on a man who intervened.

'I'm a social worker!' the woman insists as the other passenger tells her to leave the homeless man alone. 

'You're a social worker and that's how you talk to people?' the passenger replies incredulously.
