This is the shocking moment an allegedly drunk man's phone is stolen by a taxi driver who looks around to make sure he has not been seen.
A CCTV camera records the moment a man appears to pass out next to the Philharmonic concert hall in Krakow.
The man, dressed in black, has his head bent and phone in his hand.
He tries to lift his phone to his face before it slips and falls to the ground.
The man makes no move to retrieve it and instead becomes very still - appearing to have passed out.
