An Australian designer has been arrested in Bali after her American friend allegedly sent her a vial of cannabis oil in the mail.
Kim Anne Alloggia, from Taree, in New South Wales, was arrested on Saturday and is in custody at Denpasar police station, in south Bali.
The 51-year-old is facing drug possession charges and could face a maximum 12 years' jail, The Gold Coast Bulletin reported.
