Interview footage shows the terrified testimony of a child who accused Michael Jackson of sexual assault.
Jackson was arrested on November 23, 2003, and charged for the first time with a criminal act related to allegations of sexual abuse.
That arrest, and the subsequent trial, which lasted 18 months, is a key point in the second half of the HBO documentary Leaving Neverland.
DailyMail.com obtained the depositions and testimony of the accuser in that case, Gavin Arvizo.
There is also a video of Gavin - then 13 - speaking with the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office detectives about the alleged abuse.
It shows the young boy looking terrified, ashamed and confused about what he claimed happened to him with Jackson in February and March 2003.

'He showed me, he wanted to show me how to masturbate,' says Gavin in a voice that is barely audible.
'Then I said no and he said he would do it for me.'
When the detective then asks if Jackson 'did it for you,' the young boy goes quiet and suddenly looked terrified.
At one point it seems that he may even burst into tears.
The video then jumps a bit and Arvizo is asked: 'Did he put it on the inside, outside, what happened next?'
The boy states: 'He started masturbating me ... I told him I didn't want to do that. I told him not to do that.'
The detective then asks: 'Did he stop?'
Gavin replies: 'He kept on doing it.'
The claims made by Gavin were similar to the ones made a decade earlier when another 13-year-old boy, Jordan Chandler, came forward to say he had been molested by Jackson.
The allegations are also remarkably similar to how James Safechuck described his assaults.
In Chandler's case, charges were ever filed against the singer after police discovered the boy's father may have been attempting to extort Jackson, and the young boy's mother claimed Jackson never touched her son.
Jordan however was able to perfectly describe Jackson's buttocks, pubic hair, and distinctive marks on both his testicles and penis.
