An amputee blogger has shared an inspirational video of how she cooks with just one hand.
Kristie Sita, 21, from Vancouver, Canada, has lived without her left hand since it was ripped off in a freak boating accident in June 2014.
But , Kristie, a dancer, demonstrates how she doesn't let her disability get the better of her, as she uses her stump to hold a raw chicken breast as she cuts it.

'Don't be afraid to use your stump, you have your stump for a reason and I use it for everything,' she says.
'My chicken is being stubborn and doesn't want to cut for me,' she adds, as she continues to try to cut the meat.
Kristie explains how someone in her position could give up and buy a 'frozen meal', before adding: 'if you are willing to get a little bit messy, you can absolutely do it.'
Once done with the chicken, she moves on to cutting a courgette, with the knife seeming to get dangerously close to her stump as it holds the vegetable in place.
Jokingly, she says: 'you can probably see why I don't go with short vegetables, as I would probably chop off my stump.'
She then smiles and adds, 'for those of you who make fun of me for eating the same thing every day, this one is for you,' before
