Lawyers representing Mark Geyer's daughter believe they know who is responsible for the Facebook page which incorrectly linked her to the NRL sex tape scandal.

NRL Memes was taken down by Facebook on Wednesday after Geyer announced he was taking legal action about the false accusations.  

The page which, had over 300,000 supporters, leaked lewd sex tapes of player Dylan Napa who has since been handed a fine.

The administrator of NRL Memes is understood to believe they are safe from legal prosecution because authorities don't know who they are, the Daily Telegraph reported.
