A brazen criminal robbed a restaurant on his hands and knees in a bid to avoid being seen by the security camera.

The man, who was wearing a hooded coat, shorts, and trainers, crawled through O'Hares restaurant and bar kitchen area in Stockport, Greater Manchester, at 1.20am on Wednesday to steal a charity box and other items. 

Social media users said the man could be the same robber that has targeted other restaurants in the area. 

The footage was uploaded by restaurant owner Suzi O'Hare, who said he'd cut through iron bars at the back of the restaurant to get in.
