Mariah Carey's former business manager asked the singer's staffers to let her know if her genitals smelled and once urinated on an assistant, her cousin claims in a $155 million counter suit. Stella Stolper sued her attorney cousin Zarina Burbacki last May, claiming Burbacki had withheld her own money from her and that she had poisoned the well between her and Carey. Stolper claims Burbacki bad-mouthed her and lied that she had been stealing from the pop star by hiding up to $5 million in funds in a secret bank account, which resulted in her firing. But in court papers filed in New York on Tuesday, Burbacki denied all of Stolper's allegations and unleashed a shocking account of the alleged hostile work environment she and other Carey staffers had to endure while working with Stolper. Now Burbacki is requesting for Stolper's suit against her to be dismissed as well as launching her own counterclaims against her, claiming Stolper has caused her no less than $155 million in damages. Mariah Carey's ex business manager Stella Stolper (pictured with singer) sued her attorney cousin Zarina Burbacki last May, claiming she had poisoned the well between her and Carey by bad-mouthing her and lying that she had been stealing from the singer by hiding funds, which resulted in her firing But in court papers filed in New York on Tuesday, Burbacki denied all of Stolper's allegations and unleashed a shocking account of the alleged hostile work environment she and other Carey staffers had to endure while working with Stolper Stolper would allegedly 'constantly' yell obscenities and called people 'white dog shit,' 'f**king Israelis,' 'f**king Jews,' 'Armenian terrorist','Armenian w***e', often using the N-word, homophobic slurs and other such vulgar and disgusting insults. She also asked Carey staffers to 'let her know if there was odor coming from her genitals because she ''was so busy that [she] didn't have time to shower'' and stating that 'showers are overrated', according to court documents. Burbacki claims Stolper 'tackled' an assistant and 'began urinating on her', asked her to babysit her daughters while she had sex in another room and would make comments about how she was going to star her daughter in a pornographic film. In Stolper's suit from May 2018, she claims she brought on Burbacki to be her personal attorney as well as in-house counsel and Chief of Staff for Stolper's management and production corporation Wikked in January 2016. Her suit claims: 'Within a few months of her employment with Ms. Stolper, and while accepting payment for such employment, Burbacki began to divert business opportunities and to directly perform services for Wikked/Ms. Stolper's clients.' The main client Stolper is referring to is Mariah Carey. Burbacki also claims Stolper (pictured with her former boss Carey) 'tackled' an assistant and 'began urinating on her', asked her to babysit her daughters, while she had sex in another room, and would make comments about how she was going to star her daughter in a pornographic film Burbacki admits she and her husband Yonatan Shimrony began working for Carey in early 2016, but doesn't acknowledge Stolper's assertion that their relationship with Carey began as a direct result by working for Stolper. Instead, Burbacki's suit states that as a result for working for 'MC', they 'constantly had to work with [Stolper]', whose 'behavior in the workplace was perverse, pervasive, and severe.' Stolper allegedly referred to herself as the 'Russian Dictator' and took 'delight in the fact that she could destroy peoples' lives and careers in Hollywood', according to court documents. Burbacki claims her cousin would 'talk about idolizing the tactics of Vladimir Putin, Scarface and Goodfellas and talk about her supposed mafia contacts in an effort to intimidate those around her.' The suit details allegations that Stolper would engage in inappropriate sexual conversations and sexual contact with other Carey staffers, with Stolper allegedly telling men that her 'heels are bigger than [their] d**ks' and that she had 'bigger balls' than anyone. 'For example, on numerous occasions [Stolper] grabbed [Burbacki's ] behind and breasts, or would use her nails to touch [Burbacki's] crotch and simulate vaginal penetration,' according to court documents. Burbacki claims she and her husband Yonatan Shimrony (pictured together) were too afraid to complain about Stolper, 'fearful [she] would get them fired if they tried to say anything' Burbacki claims in court papers that Stolper would expose herself to members of Carey's staff, yanking down her top to show off her breasts and asked other staffers if her plastic surgeon 'did a good job'. Other incidents with Stolper that Burbacki claims created a hostile work environment was when she and her husband met Stolper at her room at the Beverly Hills Hotel and Stolper 'was sitting on top of a blood soaked comforter with menstrual blood all over the white covering.' Burbacki claims she and her husband were too afraid to complain about Stolper, 'fearful [she] would get them fired if they tried to say anything.' In Stopler's suit, she claims that in August 2017 'Burbacki made false and defamatory statements to entertainment industry personnel that [Stopler] was stealing from [Mariah Carey], improperly structuring deals to take a bigger cut of the revenue from the deal, and was hiding those ''stolen'' funds in a secret bank account. 'Burbacki falsely represented this secret bank account had $5 million in it.' Burbacki allegedly then repeated these 'falsities' directly to Carey on October 14, 2017, and three weeks later, Carey fired Stolpher. Stolpher claims that in addition to Burbacki causing her career damage, her cousin withheld her own funds from her, the total amount in dispute being $275,000. She is suing her cousin for $20 million. All rights reserved for this news site dailymail and under his responsibility
