Relatives of two missing hikers have made an emotional plea for their return as rescue efforts ramp up before temperatures drop.
Experienced hikers Trevor Salvado, 60, and Jacinda Bohan, 58, disappeared from Mount Buffalo, in Victoria's alpine region on Friday.
The couple have spent three nights in frosty conditions, with the temperature dropping to five degrees on Monday morning.

Friends and family are holding out hope the couple will be found soon.
Ms Bohan's sister Maria Bohan said the pair's large extended family are supporting one another during a difficult time.
'We've been getting loads of messages and good old-fashioned prayers,' Ms Bohan said.
