The 30-year-old UFC champion is facing charges of misdemeanor criminal mischief and strong-armed robbery. According to an arrest report obtained by the Miami Herald, McGregor and the fan were leaving the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel, home to the LIV nightclub, just after 5am Monday. The fan, who has not been named, was trying to take a photo with his phone when McGregor allegedly 'slapped' it out of his hand and stomped on it several times.
