A baby has been spotted on the dashboard of a moving car in a shocking incident a veteran driving instructor described as the 'worst case of dangerous driving' he has ever seen.
Principal of Driver Education Road Safety Educators Craig Waters captured dashcam footage of the infant inside a white Hyundai 4WD, slowly travelling along a road in Geelong, Victoria, on Sunday at about 11am.
Mr Waters was heard in the video gasping in horror, before he pulled his own vehicle over and said: 'Hey Siri, call Triple-0'.
