A cancer-stricken single mother has copped a $2000 debt notice and is in danger of losing her Centrelink benefits altogether. 

Anna Grubb, 26, from Tasmania, is currently receiving treatment from Hodgkin's lymphoma. 

She has been struggling find work since her diagnosis because she is having chemotherapy and has to attend constant medical appointments. 

Now Centrelink have threatened to strip Ms Grubb of her benefits, arguing she needs to show more desire to find suitable employment.
