A pensioner in his 80s has reportedly been taken into police custody after brutally beating a female bus driver for about five minutes on a bus in southern China.
The elderly passenger became enraged after the driver reminded him to show her his old person's bus pass, which he had forgotten to bring with him, reports said.
The bus driver was covered in blood when police arrived and had to be hospitalised.
