Police sources told the New York Post that a previous tenant who lived there in the late 1970s told a friend her mother's boyfriend had hidden a body in the garden. Police were seen by reporters from the Post with shovels, picks and crowbars which were used to remove the body. Today officers will continue to dig in the hopes of uncovering more evidence. The investigation is ongoing and a medical examiner will examine the remains to determine the cause of death.
