The 75-year-old attacker allegedly drove into the 59-year-old before attacking him just before 8.45pm on Thursday evening. Police were called to Cabramatta West, in Sydney, where they discovered a man with a fatal axe wound to his head. NSW Police arrested the 75-year-old man and discovered an axe allegedly used to kill the other Police were called to Luker Road in Cabramatta West, Sydney to find the a man with a fatal axe wound to the head Ambulance crews were called to Luker Road but the victim could not be saved. NSW Police have confirmed that the men were known to each other. The 75-year-old man was arrested but taken to hospital for an unrelated medical problem. He was then transferred to Liverpool police station where he is being questioned over the attack. Detectives from Fairfield Police Area Command have commenced an investigation into the death.
