When the long arm of the law turned up at a property to make an arrest, the short arm of a toddler next door has since become an internet hit - after he was filmed saying 'bye' as a man was put in the back of a police van.
Harry Murphy, who is 18 months old, is seen standing by the downstairs window of his home.
He then waves while a hooded man in handcuffs is removed from his neighbour's property, in Wigan, Greater Manchester, and carted away.
The footage was shot by Harry's father, Liam Murphy, on Sunday at about 6pm.
