Former private schoolboy Kyle Daniels, 20, assaulted the girls while he was teaching them at Mosman Pool in Sydney last month, police allege. The Sydney University student was arrested at his parents' home in Balgowlah last week by sex crimes detectives who had gathered evidence for a month including CCTV footage. It is not yet clear if the charges relate to more victims. Last week police alleged Daniels - who went to $33,000-per-year Knox Grammar, one of the country's most prestigious schools - sexually touched a girl on February 2 between 2pm and 4pm. Then on February 14, police allege Daniels had sexual intercourse with another girl between 4.30pm and 7.30pm. A letter from Mosman Ezyswim said Daniels had been suspended when the girls' parents first reported the allegations in February, and that all employees had current working with children checks. 'We are extremely distressed by this situation and will keep customers up to date when more information comes to hand,' the letter said.
