Police were forced to rescue a baby before charging a teenage woman with child sexual abuse and pornography offences.
An 18-year-old woman, from Lalor in Melbourne's north, was arrested by police and charged with using a carriage service to produce and transmit child pornography, and the sexual touching of a child under 16 and sexual penetration of a child under 12.
The dramatic arrest followed a tip-off from authorities working for the National Crime Authority
