Saige Louise Brierly was arrested in Calliope, 100 kilometres from where the young girl was abducted, at about 7pm on Wednesday.
Police issued an Amber Alert earlier in the afternoon after the girl was taken from Malakoff Street in Biloela sometime between 2.45pm and 3.15pm.
