Destiny Garcia charged with murdering mom and mom's boyfriend looks unimpressed ...

The teenager accused of killing her mother and the parent’s boyfriend, then leaving the bodies to rot while she attended a New Year’s Eve party, appeared in a New York court Thursday.

Destiny Garcia was 15 when she allegedly shot then stabbed mother Rosie Sanchez to death and did the same to Anderson Nunez, helped by her 28-year-old boyfriend Jerry Masionett.

After requesting a separate trial from the accused man – who fathered a child she miscarried after the murders – Garcia was in the Brooklyn court for a routine status conference.

Appearing alongside her was lawyer Peter Guadagino.

At one point she shot an unimpressed facial expression at him as he spoke to her while pointing his finger in her direction.
