A stray dog called has saved an Australian couple from a savage monkey attack while on holiday in Thailand.
Matty Miles and Aprille Hughes from Melbourne drove to The Great Buddha of Phuket on a moped in January.
A group of about seven aggressive monkeys began hissing at the couple and followed them around the hills.
A Thai Ridgeback named Burt came to the rescue and faithfully stayed by the couple's side throughout their journey.
