Police received a call Tuesday night about the gruesome scene found outside a Lowe's store in the midwestern town located about 22 miles north of Indianapolis. They tracked down the vehicles owner on Thursday. The owner told detectives he or she had discarded the seat after purchasing the vehicle it came from through a third-party seller.
