Raheem Sterling paid a touching tribute at Wembley to a 13-year-old soccer ace who died last weekend of leukaemia.
Sterling, 24, celebrated his second goal against the Czech Republic by unveiling a shirt featuring a picture of himself with the late London schoolboy Damary Dawkins.
Sterling met Damary last year at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London and joined a campaign to find a bone marrow donor for the cancer sufferer.
