A swim school that allowed an alleged child molester to keep his job after complaints he touched girls inappropriately has vowed to 'introduce additional safety measures'.  

Mosman Swim Centre, on Sydney's north shore, will improve their child safety policy to go 'over and above' industry practice.

The South African-born student was hit with 31 charges of child sexual abuse relating to eight girls under the age of 10, who he was teaching to swim.

They include eight counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 10, six counts of intentionally sexually touch child under 10, and 14 counts of indecent assault person under 16 years of age, The Daily
