A man who renewed his boat licence online was left shocked after the replacement arrived in the mail with a woman's face on it.
Warren Davies, 50, renewed his licence through the VicRoads website last week.
The co-owner of Grosvenor dry cleaning in Kew, in Melbourne's East, received his new licence in the mail and saw it had a picture of a woman he didn't recognise.
However, the licence had his correct name, address and licence number.
