A Denver doctor has been arrested after he allegedly videotaped young, naked patients during medical exams and posting the sexually explicit images of the children on social media.
Justin Bowen Neisler, 31, was arrested in his Cherry Creek home on March 13, several months after the FBI first began investigating him for repeatedly posting child pornography to his various Tumblr accounts.
‘After a Tumblr account would get shut down, the defendant would open a new account and resume posting child pornography,’ a court document alleges.
