Presenter Martin Roberts has been banned from driving after failing to take a breath test when he was pulled over.
The Homes Under the Hammer star, 55, blamed medical conditions for the incident in Bath, Somerset, last November.
Police believed Mr Roberts was driving without insurance when he was stopped and then suspected he was drunk.
