CCTV has captured the moment a young Uber Eats delivery cyclist was struck and dragged 100 metres along the road in a horrifying hit-and-run.
Haveera Morgado is in hospital in a serious but stable condition after suffering extensive injuries while delivery food in the Perth suburb of Carlisle on Sunday night.
The 23-year-old was hit by a car while riding her bike on Bishopsgate Street at the Oats Street roundabout shortly after 9pm.
