Daylight savings comes to an end this weekend, giving many Australians an extra hour of sleep.  

People in NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and the ACT wound their clocks forward for an extra hour of daylight over summer in October last year. 

Now it's time to turn the clocks back again as winter approaches and the days become shorter and darker.
