Joe Biden will speak at a Washington, D.C. conference on Friday, his first public remarks since he was accused of inappropriately touching women.
Three more women, including a former White House intern, have come forward to accuse Biden of inappropriate contact. He's accused of touching their shoulders, smelling their hair and giving them kisses of the top of their head. They say his conduct made them feel uncomfortable.
He offered a meal culpa in a video that a social media user altered to show Biden putting his hands on his own shoulders and smelling his own hair.
