Police have refused to reveal how much they spent protecting Meghan Markle during her trip to New York for a star-studded baby shower.

The Duchess of Sussex flew to New York and back in a £33million private jet with celebrity friend Amal Clooney and partied in a £66,000-a-night penthouse suite at the luxury Mark hotel in February.
