A four-bedroom house covered in pigeon poo has sold for £100,000 at auction.
The semi-detached property in Ilfracombe, Devon, has views of the Bristol Channel but the top two floors are caked in poo that is 1ft high in places.
The property was so unsafe that potential buyers were not even allowed in for viewings.
