Man, 51, with heavily tattooed face is arrested in a cold case murder nearly two decades after police say he beat a man to death on a construction site Randy Petersilge from Florida was arrested the same day he was was released from prison where he'd served time for possessing a firearm In January a grand jury indicted Petersilge on one count of murder in connection with the death of Simon Clarke, 41, in 2001 after evidence was re-examined Clarke had moved to the US from the UK and worked in property rentals No arrests were made at the time because there was not enough witness corroboration to build a case against Petersilge

A Florida man with tattoos covering his entire face was arrested Friday in connection with a cold case murder, on the day he left prison after serving time for a firearm offence.

Randy Petersilge, who's 51, was indicted by a grand jury in January on one count of first-degree murder in connection with the death of Simon Clarke, 41,  at a construction site in New Port Richey near the Gulf of Mexico
